While we plan to communicate important information to
you primarily through this website, there will instances
that occur where we simply can not make updates in time.
Weather is one of those instances, and can change over a
short period of time. To effectively communicate last minute
information, the Barracuda Hotline was established.
Each morning, a Barracuda coach will update the outgoing
message to indicate whether or not practice will be held, as
well as any important information they need to share with
swimmers. The message will start with a time and date stamp
so you can be assured you are receiving the latest
information.
Please understand that the head
lifeguard has the authority to keep the swimmers out of the
pool if it is too cool, or determines that it is dangerous
to be in the water.
Remember to always to keep dry-land training apparel in your
swim bag so you are prepared in the event of practice
changes.
