Here's how you do it:
Pick up an order form from Coach Tracy and
go to:

Turn in the completed form to the sales
clerk.
2.
The
sales clerk will give you an initialed copy
of this form, along with your team suit.
3.
Bring the
initialed copy of the form, along with your
check payable to the Bartlett Barracudas and
give them to Yolanda Gilchrist. By
doing it this way, you get team pricing and
are exempt
from paying sales tax.
