  1. We need conference volunteers! Please email Ryan Klatt at barracudas.volunteer@gmail.com with your availability.
  2. More certification classes have been added. If you are not yet certified, please attend one of the following classes:

  1. Coaches' Notes:
    1) Coaches Notes:
                Wow! Great job at the last dual meet of the season Barracudas! We had a fUN time, The cloud cover made for cool temperatures, but your fast times made things HOT at the pool! The way everyone cheered for the seniors during their races and senior recognition was wonderful, remind the seniors how much you're going to miss this in these weeks before conference!

    The Final Score was Bartlett 377 to Roselle 274! A job well done! Our sportsmanlike behavior was impressive and we were, again, complimented on what wonderful swimmers we have.

    As a team we need to improve on our relay exchanges, especially for swimmers who qualify for A-Conference. There were a few relays that would have taken first, but "DQ'd" because of false starts. It's good to have a fast exchange, but you need to keep it legal!

    Conference lineups will be created Monday and finalized Tuesday. No changes can be made to conference lineups, therefore, if you are unavailable for either conference, it is your responsibility to inform the coaches prior to 8am Monday 7/18!

    We are looking forward to a great last two weeks of the season. Great job at every dual meet this year!

    REMINDER: Please do not call the hotline from 6-6:15 and 7-7:15 due to the fact we can not update the hotline if people are calling in. NO Monday and Tuesday afternoon practices! There were too many swimmers coming in and with only 3 lanes we can help and focus on swimmers the way we would like to. THANKS!

  2. The Barracuda Board congratulates our senior swimmers: Bobby Grigonis, Nina Hasemann, Chris Kochele, Diana Lewis and Mitch Reiner. Be sure to cheer them on at A and B Conference!

  3. B Conference Meet information has not been received from Itasca. We will likely have earlier warm up times (remember there are 5 teams competing) and there will be parking restrictions. Information will be emailed as soon as it is received.

  4. A Conference Good Luck Ad information has been received from Roselle. Check the A Conference page for detail.
  5. Awards Banquet information has been emailed and is also on the Resources page of this website. RSVPs are due by B Conference 7.23.2011. Come join us for food (Provided by Sporty's), awards, raffles, an awesome season pictorial presented by Tom Cummins, and a fun pool party!
  6. Board Positions are opening up at the end of the season. If you feel you can step up and fill a vacancy, please contact Judy at bartlettbarracudas@gmail.com or any board member for more information.
